I am looking to sublet my room for the summer (we actually have two rooms available). BEAUTIFUL HUGE house right behind UMC, I've often walked to school (it only takes about 10minutes). Very large kitchen, and family room, downstairs has concrete floors with a awesome pebbled shower, stairs and hallway upstairs are dark hardwood floor, and bedrooms are carpeted . There are also two bathrooms in the house. This would be perfect for a responsible, studious graduate student. The rent is $500 dollars a month, starting in mid may and ending at the end of July.
