I found this great house to move into for my daughter and myself. We were going to live with a friend of mine but unfortunately that fell through. So, I need to find a roommate OR just stay where I'm at. I'd really like to move!

Know anyone? I can tell you more about the place if you email me. The main info is that it's around the Speedway/Swan area and the rent is $350/month. A deal! It's a 3bdrm home with a pool. The roommate would live on one side of the house with their own living room. (well, there's a bathroom/laundry room between the bedroom and living room!) Super cool situation for the right person.

Spread the word. Being liberal, tolerant and cool is mandatory. And no keggers. Sorry, I'm old with a young child, what can I say.

The move in date would be May 1.
